Fees

2026 Fee Schedule

We are a registered Get Active Kids Activity Provider – if you have a Program Voucher, you can use this to contribute to your term fees. Contact us to find out more!

Terms and Conditions:

​

FEES INVOICES: Invoices for term fees and 5-class packages are sent out to each student (via email) from the third week of each term and payment should be made within 14 days. Late payment may incur a 10% penalty (at the discretion of the Treasurer).
Casual, “pay as you go” students will be sent an invoice at the end of the term as the amount invoiced is based on the number of classes attended during the term.  Payment by direct bank deposit is preferred, and can be made weekly in advance of receiving an invoice.

PAYMENT: Payment is preferred by direct credit via electronic banking (payable to Bendigo Bank: BSB 633-000, Account No. 126085976 with reference Student Name and Invoice Number). Students may prefer to deposit their payment in person at a branch of Bendigo Bank. Students unable to make payment by the preferred method should contact the Treasurer to arrange an alternative means of payment.

SPECIALTY CLASSES: Students enrolled in Folk Dance and Wu Tao can elect to pay by the term or by "pay-as-you-go" casual. Please advise your teacher regarding your payment method at the beginning or the term.

ADMINISTRATION FEE AND OTHER LEVIES: The Annual Administration Fee of $25 is charged with the initial term fees.  This is a fixed rate regardless of the number of classes attended.  A pro-rata fee is charged for students who enrol from Term 2 onwards.
In place of asking students to participate in a fundraising event a Voluntary Fundraising Levy is invoiced in Term 2.  The amount is $25. 

MISSED CLASSES: There are no refunds for classes not attended. Classes can be made up during the same term and taken in any dance style, but cannot be carried over to any subsequent term (except in special circumstances, and only by arrangement with your teacher and the Treasurer).
